Bell tossed seven shutout innings, combining with two additional Jaguar hurlers to record the shutout and his first win of the season, and allowed five hits while striking out a career-high 11 batters against three walks in Friday's 7-0 win over Georgia State. He struck out the first four batters he faced in the game, and allowed only one hit through his first 5 1/3 innings of work.
