Hawkins led the Jaguars at Arkansas State with a career-best 14 total tackles, tying for the most by a USA defensive player this fall while pacing all individuals in the contest; one of those stops was behind the line of scrimmage, and he also broke up his first pass since the season opener at Kent State on Sept. 6.  It was the first the senior has posted a double-digit tackle total as well as the first time he has topped the squad in the category since the win over the Golden Flashes.
