Moss led USA’s offense at the 2014 NCAA Tuscaloosa Softball Regional hosted by No. 2 Alabama last weekend, batting .400 (6-for-15) with two runs and an RBI. Moss, making her return to the starting lineup for the first time in 44 games after suffering a broken fielding arm against UAB in mid-February, recorded .400 slugging and on-base percentages. Moss was 3-for-4 with an RBI in the opening round versus USC Upstate and 2-for-4 with a run in an elimination contest versus SIU-Edwardsville. The Birmingham, Ala., native scored a run off one hit in USA’s 5-0 win over Upstate on Saturday, which placed the Jaguars in their third regional final in as many years. The senior was 10-for-23 (.435) in her final nine games.
