Ford blocked a Tulane punt with a minute to go in the third quarter, which Terrance Timmons recovered in the end zone to give the Jaguars the lead for good in their 41-39 win over the Green Wave.  The junior cornerback posted a team-leading eight tackles overall — the second straight week he has been credited with a career-high total — and also broke up two passes, one of which was tipped into the hands of Roman Buchanan for an interception; USA drove down the field after the takeaway for a field goal that provided the final margin of victory for the Jags.
