Klava became the first Jaguar since Ryan Gildersleeve in 2003 to advance to the NCAA Championships after earning a berth with a par on the first hole a playoff with Georgia State's Jonathan Grey at the NCAA Southeast Regional.  The redshirt sophomore, who posted a 2-over-par 218 total over 54 holes after a final-round score of even-par 72, is the sixth individual in program history to qualify for the event.  After opening the tournament with a 76, Klava's 2-under-par 70 in the second round was the lowest by a USA student-athlete at the event, helping the Jags enter the last day third in the team standings.  It was the fourth top-20 result posted by Klava this season, while he now has recorded 12 rounds of par or better on the year.
