In the opening tournament of the spring season, Klava fired three rounds of par or better to tie for fifth out of 75 individuals at Florida's SunTrust Invitational.  The sophomore carded even-par 70s in both rounds on Saturday, then ended the event with a 1-under-par 69; entering the weekend, Klava had shot par or better on three occasions all season.  His efforts helped the Jaguars finish third among the 14 teams in the field, as USA was one stroke better than No. 3 Florida while also placing ahead of 12th-ranked Arkansas.
