Rubit averaged 19.0 points and 9.0 rebounds as the Jaguars split a pair of games last week, picking up 18 of his 38 points at the free throw line, converting 81.8 percent at the stripe and going 10-for-11 at the free throw line-tying his career high for free throws made-against Louisiana-Lafayette and 8-for-11 at North Texas.  He shared game-high honors with 26 points vs. the Ragin’ Cajuns, pouring in 21 points after halftime.  Rubit had nine boards in each game and moved into second place at South Alabama for career rebounds, and he totaled four blocks on the week including three against Louisiana-Lafayette.
