Fonzi was named to the Sun Belt Conference all-tournament team after allowing just one run on three hits and striking out four in 7 1/3 innings to lead the Jaguars to a 5-3 win over Western Kentucky on Thursday at Bowling Green Ballpark. He retired seven of the final eight Hilltoppers he faced in the game to earn his second consecutive win for his second win in as many weeks. Fonzi was one of just two left-handers, and the only southpaw starter, to earn all-tournament honors.
