Campbell improved to 16-8 on the season after picking up wins over No. 21/22 Florida State and Southern Miss last week. Campbell threw 24 strikeouts in 12 innings of work while allowing only five hits and one run combined in the two games. Campbell struck out 11 en route to the Jaguars 3-1 victory over the nationally ranked Seminoles while tossing 13 Ks in five innings to secure USA’s second shutout of the weekend against Southern Miss, 6-0. On the week, Campbell gave up only one extra-base hit and issued two walks. She holds a team-low 2.20 ERA and leads the squad with 150 strikeouts in 149.2 innings.
