MOBILE, Ala. – University of South Alabama sophomore Nikola Marijan will not return to the men's basketball program, head coach Matthew Graves announced Tuesday.

The Backi Brestovac, Serbia native appeared in 39 games in two seasons and averaged 2.0 points and 2.3 rebounds. He started 11 times in 32 appearances as a freshman in 2015-16, and joined the program in December 2014.

"I want to thank Nik for everything he did for the program," Graves said. "He was a great teammate and represented South Alabama well. I wish him all the best in the future."
