MOBILE, Ala.  – The University of South Alabama announced the start times for the 2017-18 women's basketball schedule on Friday.
 
All of South Alabama's weeknight non-conference home games will tip at 7:05 with the exception of two games. The Jaguars' regular season opener against Georgia Southwestern (Nov. 10) will tip at 7:35 p.m. and their game against Alabama-Birmingham (Dec. 21) will start at 1:05.
 
All Jaguar weekend home games begin at 1:05 p.m. with the exception of Senior Night on Feb. 24 against Louisiana-Lafayette which is scheduled for a 5:05 start, while all weeknight Sun Belt Conference home matchups are scheduled for a 5:05 tip except for the tilt against Little Rock (11 a.m. on Feb. 8).
 
The Jags' first pair of road matchups against North Carolina (Nov. 17) and North Carolina State (Nov. 19) will begin at 6 p.m. CST and 1 p.m. CST, respectively. Their game at Alabama State (Nov. 28) is scheduled for a 7 p.m. start, while games at Southern Mississippi (Nov. 30) and Ole Miss (Dec. 9) are scheduled for 6 p.m. and 1 p.m. tips to close out the non-conference road schedule.
 
Tip times for road Sun Belt matchups are: Jan. 4 Texas State (5:30 p.m.), Jan. 6 Texas-Arlington (2 p.m.), Jan. 25, Louisiana-Lafayette (5 p.m.), Jan. 27 Louisiana-Monroe (Noon), Feb. 3 Troy (2 p.m.), Feb. 15 Appalachian State (4 p.m. CST), Feb. 17 Coastal Carolina (Noon CST), Mar. 1 Georgia Southern (4 p.m. CST) and Mar. 3 Georgia State (11 a.m. CST).
