JAGUAR FOOTBALL GAME AGAINST COASTAL CAROLINA MOVED TO FRIDAY

MOBILE, Ala. – University of South Alabama Director of Athletics Dr. Joel Erdmann announced Tuesday that the Sun Belt Conference office has approved a change of date for the Jaguar football program's Senior Day matchup against Coastal Carolina.

Originally slated to be played on Saturday, Nov. 24, the contest with the Chanticleers will now take place on Friday, Nov. 23, at Ladd-Peebles Stadium.  Kickoff time is still to be determined and will be announced at a later date.

It will be the first meeting between South and CCU after the latter joined the league prior to the start of the 2017 season.  The game is also the regular-season finale for the Jags, with the inaugural Sun Belt Championship — pitting the winners of the conference's East and West Divisions — set to be played on Saturday, Dec. 1.
