South Alabama holds a 41-21 all-time lead over Southeastern Louisiana in a series that began in 1984. The Lions carry a three-game win streak into Tuesday's contest after defeating the Jaguars in all three matchups last season. South Alabama last defeated Southeastern Louisiana by a 2-1 margin in 2016 at Stanky Field. SLU has won eight of the last nine meetings in the series, dating back to the 2014 season.
