THEY SAID IT
Head Coach Terry Fowler
On the upcoming road trip to the Carolinas: "We are going through a tough portion of the schedule right here. Now we go out on the road and play against two teams that play well at home. App State has great size with Bayley Plummer. LaPresha Stanley came in here and had a great day. They can score the basketball and Appalachian State is tough at home."

On what he's told his shooters after the last three games: "Shooters are finicky. Some need to keep shooting and some need take some time off. That's what we told all of our players. Do whatever works for you. That's what you need to do. This team has been resilient all year. Bouncing back isn't necessarily about winning and losing. It's about playing well. That's what our focus has to be on is us playing well and continuing to get better everyday."

On the atmosphere for Kids' Day tomorrow: "It will be loud and you won't be able to hear. We are working on our communication in practice. It's going to be one of those games that it is going to be difficult to communicate."
