JONESBORO, Ark. – Friday's series opener between the University of South Alabama baseball team and Arkansas State has been postponed due to inclement weather.

Thunderstorms forecast for the Jonesboro area Friday evening forced officials to move the series opener to a 3 p.m. first pitch Saturday afternoon. Game two of the series is still scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Saturday and will be broadcast by ESPN3, and the series finale is still scheduled for a 1 p.m. first pitch on Sunday.
