NEW ORLEANS – University of South Alabama sophomore
Alexandria Stiteler has been named the Sun Belt Conference's Women's Tennis Player of the Week, the league announced Wednesday.
Stiteler wins the award for the fifth time in her career and the first in 2017. She is the third Jaguar to be named player of the week this season, after seniors

Giulia Riepe of Georgia Southern, then downed
Heidi Swope of App State 6-1, 6-3.
Stiteler paired with Mitta to improve to 7-0 on the season, defeating Georgia Southern 6-3 and App State 6-2, clinching the doubles point in the latter match.
