MOBILE, Ala. – The University of South Alabama women's tennis team will conclude its fall campaign Friday through Sunday at the Roberta Alison Fall Classic hosted by the University of Alabama.
 
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:
Date: Oct. 27, 2017 through Oct. 29, 2017
Host: University of Alabama
Place: Roberta Alison Baumgardner Tennis Facility
Match Times: Doubles begins Friday at 9 a.m. followed by singles.
 
ON THE COURT FOR THE JAGUARS
-Alina Zolotareva  (Jr., Barnaul, Russia)
-Yu Fujioka (Fr., Funabashi, Japan)
-Maxine Palmen (Fr., Sittard, Netherlands)
-Alexandria Stiteler (Jr., Bradenton, Fla.)
 
NOTES
-Palmen is 5-3 in singles this fall after winning a pair of matches at the Oracle/ITA Southern Regional Championships last weekend.
-Fujioka won her consolation bracket of at the UWF Fall Fling Invitational and is 4-1 in doubles with a three-match win streak.
-Stiteler had a four-match win streak in singles before falling in the round of 32 at the Oracle/ITA Southern Regional Championships.

On the last tournament this fall: "We just want to see if we've made improvements over the last couple of weeks. Last weekend wasn't our best weekend results-wise, so it would be nice for us to bounce back. The bottom line is that we need to keep on doing what we're doing, stay the course, and keep on getting better."
