MOBILE, Ala. – The University of South Alabama men's basketball program released its start times for the 2017-18 season on Wednesday.

With three exceptions, weeknight home games are scheduled to tip at 7:05 p.m., and weekend games will begin at 3:05 p.m. The Jaguars' exhibition against North Alabama on Nov. 3 is slated to start at 7:35 p.m. due to a home volleyball match taking place at 5 p.m., and USA's final regular-season home contest on Feb. 24 vs. Louisiana-Lafayette will tip off at 7:05 p.m.

Two road times, at Florida International (Dec. 2) and Troy (Feb. 3), have not been decided.

The Jaguars will open the year at Texas Tech (Nov. 10) at 8 p.m. The following week, South Alabama goes to La Salle (Nov. 16) for a 6 p.m. start.

At the Naismith Memorial Tipoff Tournament, the Jaguars will play Maine (Nov. 18) at 4 p.m., and then either Saint Peter's or Sacred Heart the following day at 11:30 a.m. or 7 p.m.

South Alabama's final game before Christmas, at Tulane (Dec. 21) will start at noon.

Tip-off times for Sun Belt road contests are: Jan. 4 at Texas State (7:30 p.m.), Jan. 6 at Texas-Arlington (4:15 p.m.), Jan. 25 at Louisiana-Lafayette (7:15 p.m.), Jan. 27 at Louisiana-Monroe (2 p.m.), Feb. 15 at Appalachian State (6:30 p.m. CST), Feb. 17 at Coastal Carolina (2:30 p.m. CST), March 1 at Georgia Southern (6:30 p.m. CST), and March 3 at Georgia State (1:15 p.m. CST).
