Stoklasova was an All-American selection as a senior, twice chosen all-Sun Belt Conference and named to the league’s 30th Anniversary All-Time Women’s Tennis Team following her three-year career as a Jaguar. She qualified for the NCAA Singles Championships each of her last two seasons of competition, winning two matches as a senior while ending the year ranked 33rd in the country by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. As a junior, Stoklasova was among the top 40 nationally in singles and doubles in the final ITA rankings, finishing fifth in the region in both that spring. Her efforts helped South make a pair of NCAA Championships appearances — where she was part of a team that won its opening match when she was a senior — while claiming three straight conference titles. A three-time SBC Player-of-the-Week honoree, Stoklasova was also named second-team CoSIDA Academic All-District her final season at the collegiate level.
