Rio Hardy led South Alabama Soccer through one of the most dominant stretches in Sun Belt Conference history as the program captured four-straight regular-season championships, four-consecutive league tournament titles, and four NCAA Tournament appearances in a row. Over that four-year stretch, South Alabama compiled 68 wins and a .768 winning percentage, while posting a dominant 33-4-1 Sun Belt Conference record. She earned First-Team All-Sun Belt Conference honors three times during her Jaguar career, while being selected to the SBC Championship All- Tournament team as a freshman, sophomore and senior. She was an All-South Region second team selection by the United Soccer Coaches and was named the Sun Belt Championship Most Valuable Player in 2017 after scoring four goals, including a brace in the final, with two assists, to lead the Jaguars to their fifth-straight title. She ended her USA career ranked second in career points and goals, and fifth in both points and goals per game, and eighth in assists. She also recorded a program-record 14 game-winning goals during her career.
