Patricia Ingram, a native of Ft. Pierce, Fla., was one of South Alabama’s top offensive threats on the volleyball court during her two seasons with the Lady Jags. In 1983, Ingram earned first-team All-Sun Belt, after recording 392 kills, 155 solo blocks and 78 service aces. Her block and service ace totals still rank atop the single-season lists in the categories, while her kill mark is the ninth-most in a season. Following a stellar playing career, Ingram went on to serve as an assistant coach at South Alabama in 1984 and 1985.
