A two-year letter winner at South Alabama, former Jaguar baseball player Mike Dull was selected first-team all-Sun Belt Conference while also earning third-team All-America and first-team all-South Region honors from America Baseball Coaches Association in 1986… He was also selected as a GTE Academic All-America that same season… The Beme, Ind., native still holds the school’s season records for hits (102) and total bases (176)… Dull’s .389 career batting average still ranks third in the program’s record books… He also one of six players in USA’s history to post 70 or more RBI in a season… Following his senior season, Dull was drafted by the Montreal Expos.
