Schwartz was a two-time second-team All-American in the heptathlon at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championship — earning recognition each of her final two years — and was second-team All-America in the pentathlon at the NCAA Indoor Championship as a senior. She claimed the heptathlon at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championship each of her last three years of competition while winning the pentathlon at the league’s indoor meet her junior and senior seasons, earning all-conference recognition on three other occasions during her career as well. Schwartz set program records in the pentathlon (3,996 points) and the heptathlon (5,614 points) in 2012, and at the time of her induction was among the top 10 in 10 different events on South’s all-time performance lists. Named to the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic Track and Field Team in both 2011 and ’12, she was also a member of the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner’s List on two occasions.
