Andrew, a native of New Orleans, left USA as one of the top 35 all-time scorers in school history with 641 points. During his two seasons at USA, he averaged 10.1 points per game. In 60 games, he made 251 shots while attempting 534. He recorded 158 rebounds and 285 assists during his career and earned second-team all-Sun Belt in 1980 and 1981. He holds the all-time single-career assist record with 19, against Mississippi Valley State in 1981. Andrew led team in free throw percentage his only two years and was later drafted his only two years and was later drafted by the Portland Trail Blazers in 1981.
