Daniel Leitner spent four incredible years on the tennis court for the Jaguars from 2012 to 2015. He earned an invitation to the NCAA Singles Championship as a senior, and was a two-time Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year. Leitner earned first-team all-league honors in singles each of his last three seasons, while also capturing first-team doubles accolades as a senior. Throughout the course of his career, he was named Sun Belt Conference Player of the Week eight times, including five times as a senior. Leitner was the 2014-15 Jaguar Male Student-Athlete of the Year, and helped lead the Jaguars to a 62-38 record during his four years with the program. He was a second-team CoSIDA academic all-district selection as a senior, and earned the ITA Southern Region Arthur Ashe Junior Sportsmanship Leadership Award following that season.
